Sarah Cook MIFR AAMET IIHHT is a fully qualified Reflexologist qualifing in 2003 having completed a year long course. Sarah is fully insured and abides by the very stringent Code of Practise.
Sarah is a full member of the
International Federation of Reflexologists (MIFR).
Extremely passionate about furthering her knowledge, Sarah has undergone extensive training in
Maternity Reflexology and continues to further her knowledge and commitment to this wonderful therapy.
In 2008 Sarah trained in the relatively new amazing
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which helps to overcome all manner of physical and emotional problems through a series of tapping techniques on the meridian points.
More recently Sarah has undergone training in
Natural Rejuvenation Face Lift ,incorporating
Facial Reflexology the results have to be seen to be believed, no peels, no chemicals and no Botox needed!
Sarah has built up a busy practice at her home in
Uplyme1/2 mile outside the beautiful seaside town of
Lyme Regis. Sarah has a wonderful tranquil dedicated treatment room, where you can relax and unwind in a safe and caring environment.
